The Quick Fix, 30 Minutes: $60
Ever wake up with a kink in your neck or a muscle ache that just won’t go away, but you don’t have time for a full 60 minute session? The quick fix treatment is designed to address your most pressing ailments quickly and efficiently. This session is “clothes on”, but requires loose or stretchable clothing.
Integrative Massage, 60 Minutes: $110
60 minute treatments are designed not only to address dysfunction, but also to offer a full 60 minutes of time and space for you to heal. It is meant to be effective, yet relaxing. These sessions are unclothed to your comfort level.
Integrative Massage, 90 Minutes: $170
90 minute sessions are designed to identify and treat dysfunction as thoroughly as possible while maintaining a level of relaxation that will leave you feeling like you’re floating on a cloud. These sessions are unclothed to your comfort level.
Pre-Natal Massage 30 + weeks pregnant, 70 Minutes: $125 / 100 Minutes: $190
Everyone needs love, but mom’s-to-be especially need love. Massage during pregnancy can be incredibly beneficial for the health of both mom and baby. Not only does massage reduce tension, blood pressure, and the general aches and pains from the discomforts of pregnancy, but massage can release the ever-so-important hormone Oxytocin. Oxytocin, otherwise known as the “love hormone” is released during skin to skin contact and can have a significant impact on pregnancy. For pre-natal massages up to 30 weeks, the massage would mostly be routine with either a pregnancy pillow, allowing for mom to be on her stomach for a period of time, or in side-lying position with pillows strategically positioned for ultimate comfort. However, regardless of where you are, pre-natal massage should be cleared first by your OB/GYN for safety and each mom will be treated on an individual basis.
Pre-Natal package Massage, 100 Minutes for mom + 60 minutes for dad: $245
Dads are important too! This massage package, however, is designed more for instructive care for dad than anything. During pregnancy, poor dad doesn’t get to do a whole lot except watched their beloved partners grow a human, which can be glorious to behold but also tough. Often times they want to help but sometimes they just don’t know what to do or how to do it.
This package offers mom a full pre-natal massage first, in which the practitioner will take note of what and where mom really needs extra attention. Following her massage, dad will hop on the table and while he will still get a full body treatment, as we go over some of the spots mom really responded well to, the practitioner will note these spots for dad and teach him how he can help mom with very simple massage techniques. Laboring is, after all, better as partner sport.
This package is recommended for any stage of pregnancy.
Outcall: Integrative Massage, 60 Minutes: $175 / 90 Minutes: $270
For outcall appointments, Laura will arrive 15-20 minutes early to set up and allow time for discussing your health intake form. Outcall appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at time of booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance incur $45 feel per/hour charge. The remaining charge will be refunded promptly. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are refunded in full.
